Frog and Toad -- Gods Promises

God keeps his promises.

Toad and Frog uses balloon twisting and a “balloon guitar’ to show how God keeps his promises.

Costumes: Toad is wearing a brown tee-shirt with the word “TOAD” Frog wears a green tee-shirt, with “Frog.” Brown and green face paint spots on their faces.

Props: a balloon and pump in a box. This is a skit that requires a minimum of balloon twisting skills. For Instructions on making the balloon guitar: click here

Toad is in the room. Frog enters with box.

Frog: "Toad! See what I have. I have a box addressed to you. It says on the return address that it is from GOD!"

Toad: "Wonderful. I have been praying and praying to God and this must be the answer to my prayers. I have been praying so long. The bible says God is faithful and keeps his promises but I have been waiting for a LONG time."

Frog: "Um, Toad, God doesn’t usually use UPS does he? What have you been praying for?"

Toad: "Music! I just know I am supposed to make a joyful noise unto the Lord. I was born to make music! I was made to sing! I am destined to-- ”

Frog: "You have been praying for music? I don’t get it. What is in the box, Toad? Tapes and CDs?"
