This short drama explores the theme of Jehovah Jireh—the Lord as our provider. Through a conversation between two individuals, one person struggles with doubt and uncertainty about God's provision, while the other reassures them using biblical truth. The discussion leads to an understanding that just as God provided for Abraham in Genesis 22, He continues to provide for His people today. The play highlights the importance of faith, trust, and recognizing God's presence in everyday life.

Script:
(Actors walk on stage, talking.)
Person 1: Don’t worry. It will all be provided in time.
Person 2: When?
Person 1: Not sure.
Person 2: So you aren’t really sure it will be provided?
Person 1: I am totally sure it will be provided.
Person 2: How can you be so sure?
Person 1: Why would I not be sure? He has promised.
Person 2: I simply don’t understand. I mean, how could you have such blind faith?
Person 1: Blind, yes, but not blinding.
Person 2: There’s a difference?
Person 1: Major.
Person 2: How so?
Person 1: Blinding reduces your faculties, but being blind intensifies other senses while still leaving room for growth.
Person 2: But how can you be sure you will be provided for?
Person 1: See that sparrow?
Person 2: So now we are talking birds?
Person 1: Yep.
Person 2: We plan to learn something from birds?
Person 1: Don’t see why not. They are God’s creatures.
Person 2: Now we have moved from birds to talking about God?
Person 1: Sorry if I am moving too fast for you.
Person 2: Not funny.
Person 1: Wasn’t supposed to be.
Person 2: Tell me the great truth we are to learn from birds and… from God. Wherever He may be.
Person 1: God’s right here.
Person 2: Uhhhh, here?
Person 1: Yep.
Person 2: How can you tell?
Person 1: He is looking after the sparrow.
Person 2: I would have thought God, if He existed, would have been more into humans than birds.
Person 1: Excellent point. Now you are starting to understand.
Person 2: I am? Do I know I am starting to understand?
Person 1: Not likely. Usually doesn’t hit until much later.
Person 2: I think that’s me, because I sure can’t feel a whole load of understanding settling around me.
Person 1: Don’t worry about it. I was the same when I came to the Lord.
Person 2: So you say I am coming to the Lord? Where do I go to get to “coming”?
Person 1: It all starts with basic understanding that He is here and that He is the provider.
Person 2: Where did this… understanding all start? Where did it come from?
Person 1: Abraham, actually.
Person 2: Can’t say I know any Abrahams.
Person 1: In the Bible.
Person 2: We are talking a Bible Abraham here?
