In Team Plan©, three teammates reflect on aging, ambition, and the game of life—realizing that true victory comes from aligning our lives with God’s will. As one career winds down and another begins, players learn that talent alone isn’t enough—it’s character, choices, and connection with God that make the difference.

Actors come on stage, boisterous, urging one another on.

1:
Hey, this is some exciting, opening day of training camp, getting the team back together.

2:
Awesome is what! Can’t wait to see the rest of the guys, especially old Pinball, I mean that guy’s a jock and a half!

3:
Pinball won’t be back this year.

2:
No way, what happened, Pinball get traded?

3:
Old Pinball was getting’ up there in years, goin’ on twenty-one, had lost a step or two.

1:
That’s just the way it is, always someone new coming along, younger, faster, stronger. Likely I will be pushed this season, could well be my last season in the majors.

2:
What you talkin’ about 1? You was MVP of the entire conference last season, no way anyone’s gonna take your spot on the rotation this year, or anytime soon!

3:
You young kids, still dreamin’ big dreams, stars in your eyes, think this is gonna last forever. Not!

1:
3’s right son. One day you’re king of the hill, next day you’re “Joe Who”?

2:
Frightening thought.

1:
Can be. Doesn’t need to be really. Gotta plan for tomorrow. Plan for life after the game. Me, I got a shot at being color guy for the games on Channel 7 after I hang ‘em up.

3:
Sounds awesome 1, I can see you in that role. Me, I been talking with the boss, maybe do recruiting, scouting the high school leagues.
